Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Time
We currently ship throughout South Africa using Aramex Door-to-Door Courier Services.
Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

FreshWheels shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or events beyond our reasonable control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided where available. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking information provided.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
FreshWheels will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
We may request photographs and additional information to assist with an investigation with the courier.
Delivery Areas
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Remote or outlying areas may require additional transit time.
